Does Northstar replace our MIS?+
No. Northstar complements the MIS and existing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environment, presenting the operational information people need each day.
Can it use live pupil data today?+
Not yet. The current product is a synthetic preview. Live pupil data remains deliberately withheld until independent security, accessibility, governance, recovery and operational evidence is complete.
How does onboarding work?+
We confirm school leads, agree governance documents, configure the school, connect least-privilege read scopes, dry-run mappings, verify access, test isolation and revocation, then train and launch.
What does it cost?+
The design-partner offer is £2,400 + VAT for 12 months for one school and up to 150 staff. The planned standard licence is £3,600 + VAT per school per year.
